OUR POLICY


We provide a wide range of professional services to meet your needs.  To provide you the highest  standard and quality  by out staff we have the following policy.

  APPOINTMENT, CANCELLATION, NO-SHOW & PAYMENT POLICY: 

 

EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2016


We appreciate your patronage and are committed to providing an excellent experience. Due to the increase in clients and the waiting list we have, we have enacted policies to ensure all clients are given quality service and the opportunity to enjoy our wellness therapies. We understand that unforeseen events occur that may cause a need to cancel an appointment. In our commitment to provide an outstanding experience to all of our clients and out of consideration for our independent contractors time, we have adopted the following policies:


CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY: As a courtesy to other clients & independent contractors,  your appointments must be cancelled a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of your scheduled appointment. No shows/No calls will be charged  100%  of your scheduled  appointment . If you are a no show and have a Gift Certificate, you will forfeit your Gift Certificate. 


ARRIVAL TIME: Please arrive to your appointment at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time for regular clients and 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time for new clients to fill out paperwork.  All services offered have a specific time schedule, and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience. If late arrival is inevitable, your service(s) will be shortened in order to keep on schedule and you will be required to pay full amount of service.


LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: All appointments begin and end on time as scheduled so that the next client is not delayed. If the treatment does not start on time, the treatment time will be reduced accordingly, and you will be required to pay full price.


PAYMENT POLICY: We accept cash and credit cards. All services must be paid in full at the time of visit. Gift Certificates must be present at time of appointment to be redeemed.


REFUND POLICY: Due to the nature of our services, there are no refunds on services, packages, gift certificates, or purchased products at any time.


SPA ETIQUETTE: In order to maintain a tranquil and stress-reducing experience, please silence cell phones while inside the spa. When in the service area, be mindful of others and keep conversations at a low volume.


INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR POLICY:  Massage therapy is for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only. There is absolutely no sexual component to massage whatsoever. Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request will result in immediate termination of your session and refusal of any and all services in the future. You will be charged full price no matter the length of the session. Treat your independent contractor with respect and dignity and you will be treated the same in return.

These policies were adopted to ensure that the independent contractor's time, the spa and its efforts be respected and to ensure that your scheduled service be a stress-free and relaxing experience.


MINORS 17 years of age and under MUST have a parent or guardian fill out Client History Form & Minor Consent Form for Massage.  Parent or guardian MUST be in  the spa during the massage.
