After visiting Institute of Therapeutic Massage & Movement, I became interested in what massage could do for overall health and well-being without side effects. I became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2005. I am a member of American Massage Therapy Association. M y techniques during the massage changes depending on the need of the client. I love and enjoy helping people with overall health by relaxing, reducing stress, improving circulation and flexiblity.
I have been a massage therapist since 2017 and I could not picture a better way to help people. I get to wake up every day and do what I love. My technique changes depending on what the client is looking for in their session. Listening to the client's goal for their session is my number one priority. I range from light relaxation to deep tissue. Doing a mixture of both relaxation and deep tissue within the session tends to be my signature massage. I have experience in prenatal, hot stone, Medi cupping and the G5 tool. I also use Young Living essential oils upon request.
When I was introduced to Reflexology, it started changing my health dramatically for the better. I was so pleased with my experience that I decided to become a Reflexologist and help as many people as can to experience healing, rest and relaxation. I graduated from Nashville Academy of Reflexology in the spring of 2019 and am a Registered Certified Reflexologist with the state of Tennessee. I grew up in Cookeville and absolutely love living here. My other passions include traveling, dog training.
